The first leg of construction involved installing wordpress on the new hosting account, uploading an array of Wordpress Plugins and configuring the admin area options. As I was enabling the Plugins - I needed an a Wordpress API Key to enable the comment-spam filter.
Often my production processes involve hitting a roadblock like this, solving it, then moving the project forward again. I anticipate and plan for this rate of advancement for the next several days of work and effort. This is the stage of ‘Digging The Foundation’ and little progress is visible above the surface.
Production on building Real estate on Layer Two pauses; I head over to Wordpress.com and quickly set up a new account with a blog name that matches the domain name I’m working with. Handy that’s it’s available too. This new blog on Wordpress.com is part of Layer Three (I’ll explain the roll and relationship between all Five Layers a bit later - I’m just trying to write about what I’m building as I go… and I’ll organize, correct, flesh out confusing material and re-release the entire process once I’m completed in the next couple weeks). Within the new blog, I move to the Profile Page, Copy the Wordpress API Key, return to my domains on both of my new hosted accounts, and Paste the API Key into place to enable the spam protection. I’ll return to this Layer Three Real Estate shortly.
Back to the first blog, Layer Two. Now it’s time to write a full article about the nature of the project, it’s aims and the benefits this new site will provide for it’s readership. (ie - create a keyword-stuffed set of paragraphs that contains my core target phrases with related phrases worked into long-tail search terms that may be used to find information I’m presenting).
This core article is very important because it also serves as the anchor for the site categories and tag phrases - and - various versions of this article will be utalized in all the Level Three and Level Four website content - then it is entrenched by the addition of the network of Layer Five Sites, followed by ‘The Echo Effect of Social Bookmarking’.
I’m very familiar with the topic for Project Four. I’m comfortable to create a 2500 word essay on it at any time. If you are not ready to write about your new niche - don’t worry - you don’t have to be the one who creates the content for your site. (more on that later) Once I’ve written the Core Article for Project Four, I’ll post it, and move along to the next stage of construction.
Until then…
